This project was completed in May 2006 and dealt with:

a) The Elaboration of an Analytical Optical Fiber Implementation Study. Additionally the demands and needs in the Metropolitan Network Broadband Services were written down, new exploitation methods were found and co operations with other networks, which were parallel developed (water supply network, current supply network) were established in order to designate the analytical specifications and Auction copies for the competition.

β ) In the Business Exploitation Plan. For the exploration of the project's viability, an Exploitation - Development Business Plan of the implemented Infrastructures is under process in order to help the adoption, use and provision of broadband services.

The Business Plan

1) will suggest the appropriate scheme (Business Scheme) which must be created for the administration, exploitation and use of the infrastructures developed in the I.R., ensuring the Viability conditions of the Infrastructures.

2) will take into account the infrastructures ability for public dispensation, through long term per meter and fibers pair renting, so at least the maintenance and operation costs will be fully covered.
